This weekend we rolled out an update to our CRM. Detailed release notes can be downloaded here, but below is a quick summary of the key features added in this update:
- Tracking of Revenue for Company Customers
- Choose between past 365 days and past 12 calendar months for historical revenue calculations
- Users can now build templated Task Sequences providing enhanced workflow flexibility
- Automated currency/exchange rate updates via a new connection with Fixer
- A new Workflow selector to enable selection of preferred business process at time of Lead, Opportunity or Case creation
- The ability to automate the naming of Cases
