This weekend we rolled out an update to our CRM. Detailed release notes can be downloaded here, but below is a quick summary of the key features added in this update:
- New Service Period entity to help manage recurring (and contracted) customer engagement
- New accounting/invoice capabilities to coincide with our new integration with the Xero Accounting platform
- The ability to link Client Incomes to Client Assets for improved tracking of Investment Income
- The ability to link Revenue Records to business companies (i.e. Company records) rather than Individuals (Contact records)
